This is a non chromate conversion coating which has been developed in response to RoHS and WEEE directives, as an alternative to Alocrom 1000 & 1200.

Iridite NCP (Non Chromate Passivate) produces a clear surface coating with corrosion resistance up to 1000 salt spray hours.

Iridite NCP is also temperature resistant making it suitable for high temperature operating environments such as electronic heat sinks, as well as offering excellent adhesion to paints, sealants & adhesives.

High level of corrosion protection (1000 hours salt spray)

Electrical low resistance, for excellent grounding. Meets military specification MIL-C5541 Class III.

Excellent base coat or primer for powder coating, or other subsequent treatments.

Temparature resistant up to 350°C
